Our Services
All these services are rendered to enable patients to enjoy a healthy life style where they feel no hesitation in displaying their beautiful smile.
Before Your Procedure
We want your procedure to be a seamless experience.
For GI, once the procedure orders are received from the physician’s office, our team will verify insurance and call if the patient has any monetary responsibility. GI patients will also receive a call the day before the procedure from our nursing staff to ask some preliminary questions and assure the patient of the time of arrival for the procedure.
For Pain Management, a member of Dr. Khan’s office will call the patient with their appointment and arrival time and any monetary responsibility (if applicable).
Please refer to the instructions given by the scheduling physician for pre-procedure prep. All patients require a driver for any procedure done at our Center .
The Day of Your Procedure
Registration the day of the procedure is typically a 20-30 minute process. Please always have your photo ID, insurance card, and monetary responsibility (if applicable) ready upon check-in. You will have a packet to complete upon arrival and this will ensure all information is received so you can have the best care.
After Your Procedure
All patients are provided with discharge instructions. It is normal to experience sleepiness and dizziness for 12-24 hours after your procedure. However, if you experience anything unusual after your procedure, please call your physician or go to the nearest emergency room. A nurse will follow up with the patient next business day to ensure you had a good experience and are not having any difficulties from the procedure.
